After you book online or by phone, a trained phlebotomist visits your home at the scheduled time with sterile, sealed collection kits and follows strict hygiene protocols. Samples are transported under controlled conditions to our accredited laboratory.
Most reports are delivered within 24 hours of sample collection. Certain specialised tests may take 48–72 hours. Reports are shared securely on WhatsApp and email, and can be downloaded from the patient portal.
Fasting requirements depend on the test. Tests such as fasting glucose and lipid profile typically require 8–12 hours of fasting. The fasting requirement is clearly indicated on each test and package, and our team will guide you at the time of booking.
Yes. Samples are collected using single-use sterile equipment and processed under quality-controlled conditions. Your personal and health information is stored securely, and reports are accessible only to you through protected access.
Every test is processed on advanced, calibrated analysers and subjected to internal and external quality control as part of our NABL-accredited processes. Reports are validated by qualified pathologists before release.
Yes. Our poly-clinic offers consultation with experienced doctors across multiple specialities. You can find a doctor by speciality and book an appointment, in person or on call.
We accept cash on collection and standard digital payment methods. Pricing for every test and package is listed transparently on the website with no hidden charges.
You can reschedule or cancel before sample collection by contacting our team. Once a sample is collected or a test is processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
